1. Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS international express. The available couriers and live rates are shown at checkout based on weight and destination.
Select the courier on the checkout page; the choice is available when your cart contains domestic CNY items.
2. When Do We Ship
Boards ship after production lead time (from 24h expedited to 12 days depending on the product line) plus packing. You receive a tracking number by email on shipment.
Orders placed on Chinese public holidays follow the holiday production schedule published on our news page.
3. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Declared value matches the commercial invoice. Contact support before ordering if you need special customs documentation such as certificates of origin.
4. Packaging
Boards are vacuum-sealed with desiccant and shipped in rigid cartons. PCBA orders use ESD-safe bags and foam inserts.
5. Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed or shows no movement for 3+ days, contact support and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Lost shipments confirmed by the courier are reshipped or refunded in full.
