Configure parameters on the quote page, upload your Gerber files, confirm the price and pay online. The order enters production immediately after payment.
PCB prototypes start from 1 piece. PCBA also supports single-board assembly.
Before production starts, contact our engineers to update parameters. Once fabrication begins, changes are not possible.
The online quote covers standard processes. For special requirements (impedance tables, exotic laminates), send files to our engineers for a manual quote within 24 hours.
File Requirements
Gerber RS-274X, ODB++ and IPC-2581 for fabrication. For PCBA, add a BOM (Excel) and centroid/pick-and-place file.
Copper layers, solder mask, silkscreen, drill and outline (profile). For PCBA, include the paste layer if ordering a stencil.
Yes. Files are used for production only and never shared. We sign NDAs on request.
If you only have a design file (e.g. from Altium/Eagle), export Gerber yourself or contact our engineers for guidance.
PCBA Modes
Turnkey: we buy components and supply everything. Consigned: you supply all components and pay assembly labor only.
Depends on the mode: turnkey (we source from authorized distributors), partial (you supply critical parts, we source the rest), or consigned (you supply all).
No strict MOQ - single-board assembly is supported, though programming/setup fees are amortized better at volume.
Yes, and it is recommended: the stencil is matched to the panel and ships with your boards.

Orders ship DAP: import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and collected by the courier on delivery.
Production lead time depends on the product line (24h to 12 days); add 2-5 days for international express delivery.

Verified manufacturing defects are rebuilt free of charge or refunded - your choice.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
