1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, stencil and related services provided through this website.
2. Orders and Quotes
Online quotes are valid at the time of generation and may change if order parameters or files are modified. Manual quotes from engineers are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Production begins after order confirmation.
3. Design Files and Manufacturing Rights
You retain all intellectual property rights in your design files. You grant us a limited license to use the files solely for manufacturing, testing and shipping your order.
We do not share your files with third parties except as required for manufacturing (e.g. authorized subcontractors bound by confidentiality).
4. Manufacturing Tolerances
All products are manufactured within industry-standard tolerances and the specifications stated on the product pages. Minor visual variations that do not affect functionality are not defects.
Acceptance criteria follow IPC Class 2 unless Class 3 is specified in the order.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, failing which by arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies.
